Product availability


Occasionally, you may be able to place a product in a shopping cart and submit an order for processing, but your order is subsequently canceled due to unavailability of the product. You acknowledge that the products may sell quickly and there may be a short period after the order has been placed, but the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order upon receipt of your order confirmation without penalty.

In very exceptional cases, you may receive a confirmation of shipment from us, but the product is no longer available in our inventory or in the inventory of a third party service provider. You agree that we may cancel our acceptance and cancel your order without penalty if we are unable to ship the product you ordered due to unavailability.


If you are interested in a piece of jewelry that is currently in your order, send us an e-mail and we can let you know when the item will be back in stock. Sometimes, with the volume of orders we receive, an item may run out of inventory before we can post an announcement on the site. If this happens, we will contact you directly to discuss possible options.

Prices


Our prices are also subject to change without notice. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us.

We do not negotiate about our products. All our prices are final.

Cancellation of products


SARYF reserves the right to cancel products or services for any customer at any time for any reason. The customer's only remedy in such cases will be a full refund of any funds we have collected in connection with the canceled products and / or services.

Payment information


After you select your jewelry and provide shipping information, you'll be prompted to enter payment information, such as your credit card information and any promotional codes or gift cards. By entering your payment information and submitting your order, you authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge the amount of your order using your chosen payment method.

Comparative purchase


We do not allow comparison shopping. Comparative buying is a matter of buying a few items with the intention of keeping the one you like the most and returning the rest. This causes unnecessary replenishment and overhead and can be very costly. If you want to confirm the quality of the jewelry, contact us and we will be happy to help you with your selection.

Separability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, this provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Terms of order

The contractual relationship between the buyer (according to the data filled in the order) and the seller SARYF arises on the basis of the order and the choice of payment type.

 

The buyer is obliged to state all information truthfully in the order. Incorrect or incompletely specified buyer information cannot later be recognized as a reason for complaint. Carefully measure and specify the size of your fingers according to the EU size scale. Complications can occur due to later modifications of the rings. Especially with fitting stones, surface finishes, etc. For some models (especially with the placement of stones around the entire circumference of the ring) it is not possible to adjust the size of the ring.

 

The jewelry is marked with the hallmark of the Czech hallmarking office according to Act No. 539/92 Coll. on hallmarking and testing of precious metals. We supply a certificate of authenticity and quality of stones (4C) for all jewels provided with diamonds (diamonds), which states the weight in carats (ct), the type of cut, clarity and color of the diamond.

 

The ordered jewelry is personally handed over to you or delivered in the original SARYF box with a bill for the total quantity of ordered goods.

Delivery time


Normal delivery times for all goods vary depending on the current occupancy of our workshop.

For wedding rings that we make to order for you, the production time is currently between 5-6 weeks. Exceptionally, the delivery time may be extended by 7 days by our company; the longer period can only be extended for delivery in agreement with you (for example at production time, overload, etc.). The customer will be informed in time. Believe that it is also in our interest to supply you with jewelry as soon as possible to our mutual satisfaction.

Complaints and warranty
 

All jewelry purchased through our website is original SARYF products and is covered by a 24-month warranty. Wedding rings are an exception because we provide them with a lifetime warranty.

The warranty covers defects in materials and proven manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage (deformation due to external forces), surface damage (scratches) and damage caused by improper use.
The warranty also expires in the event of any interference with the goods by a third party. In case of any request for change or modification of our product (shrinkage, polishing, renewal of the mat, etc.)
A defect resulting from incorrect or incomplete data entered by the customer in the order form is not recognized as a reason for a complaint (we warn you to pay extra attention and care when measuring the size of your fingers).
When making a complaint, it is necessary to send the goods at your expense to the address of our establishment and it is necessary to state your contact details, product name, defect description, date and your signature and delivery notes, warranty card, proof of payment to accompany the shipment.
At the same time, please provide your telephone number and e-mail so that we can contact you flexibly and quickly regarding the status of your complaint.

 

If any of the above conditions are not met, the defect will not be checked or acknowledged and the goods will be returned to the customer at his expense. If the defect is remediable, our company will eliminate the defect at its own expense in the shortest possible time.

If the defect is irreparable, after consultation with the customer, we offer a discount, exchange of defective goods for a new or different product or a refund of cash in the store or deposit the appropriate amount to the account specified by the customer. Our company ensures the handling of complaints as soon as possible. However, it reserves the right to use the statutory 30-day complaint handling period from the date of receipt. The warranty period is extended by the time of the complaint procedure.

Withdrawal from the purchase contract
 

Goods made to order can be claimed only due to manufacturing defects under the warranties provided by each type of product.
 

Protection of personal data
 

Our company, as the operator, declares that all personal information about customers is confidential and is stored in accordance with applicable laws of the Czech Republic.
